Shipping & Delivery

We aim to despatch your goods within 3 working days using a national carrier service. UK orders are sent for £2.95 for 2nd Class or £4.10 for 1st Class to all UK addresses, orders over £25 are shipped for FREE Royal Mail 2nd Class or for an extra £2.25 for 1st Class. We no longer ship outside of the UK.

No Quibble Guarantee, Returns & Replacements

All purchases come with a 7 day money back guarantee. All returns must be requested and agreed with us beforehand. Any goods returned without prior agreement will not be accepted. Once you have notified us of your return then any sums paid by you will be reimbursed within 30 days other than postage or costs if we have to recover the goods from you. Where you do cancel your order you are under a duty to retain possession of them and to take reasonable care of them until the goods are returned to us or collected by us.

Ordering

All product prices are presented in pounds sterling. In the event that we cannot fulfill your order for the designated amount, you will be notified via telephone or email. An order acknowledgement will be sent to you via email after your order has been successfully submitted. Your order will be acknowledged on the understanding that delivery is subject to availability. We will make every endeavor to withdraw from sale any items that are out of stock. However, in the unlikely event that an item ordered is out of stock, we will notify you by telephone, email or post. You will then have the choice of either:- 1.) Waiting for the item ordered to come back into stock (our sales team will give you an idea of time scale) in which case it will be delivered at a later date, carriage free. 2.) If the item ordered is a discontinued line our sales staff will offer you an alternative product.

Updating Account Information

If you register as a member of the site we store your name, address and any other personal details you provide to us.
